Financial Transaction Terms
Deposit Rules
The following conditions apply when depositing funds into ayna88:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 — applicable to all payment methods.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
- You must use your own payment account when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to your ayna88 account instantly.
- ayna88 reserves the right to verify the source of deposits and may hold suspicious transactions.
Withdrawal Rules
5.1 General Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the payment account used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.
5.2 Withdrawal Rejection
ayna88 reserves the right to reject a withdrawal in the following cases: bonus wagering requirements have not been met, identity verification is incomplete, fraud is suspected, or evidence of multiple accounts is found.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
Welcome Bonus and Wagering Requirements
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳12,000 or more receives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x. This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total bonus before it can be withdrawn. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
6.3 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonuses are for the account holder's personal use only and are not transferable.
- ayna88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- While one bonus is active, no other bonus will apply at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ayna88 may forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.
VIP Programme and Cashback Terms
The ayna88 VIP programme has four tiers. The weekly cashback for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
VIP tier upgrades depend on your activity on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to your account and is withdrawable. ayna88 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.
